St. Stanislaus celebrates World Environment Day

The theme for World Environment Day on 5 June 2023 was “Beat Plastic Pollution”

The world is being inundated by plastic, and the Scouts of St Stanislaus High School took part in the day’s activities to raise awareness of the issue.

They observed the three R’s of waste management: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Niel Chauhan was awarded a certificate for taking part in the Bottle for Change Programme, which encourages people to recycle plastic bottles.
